The ClubHouse Reports

Greetings and a big hello from the Clubhouse at Langara Island. Just stomped up the hill after a big halibut trip, hooks everywhere, hali slime on everything, ropes, shackles , anchor line, salmon carcass, you name it  what a mess haha. We grabbed 6 nice halibut 15 to 35 lbs, and saw a monster 171 lb hali caught by Randy Dodd at the scale. These halibut were caught on the west side on a relatively calm day out there. The tide was small and made for decent jigging for the half dozen boats that made the trip.
