Caretaker Report - Week 25 "In Like a Lion"

I think someone forgot to tell the weatherman that it's March. I was glad to see February behind us, it was cold. I'm not a fan of cold. The fires have been nice but March is here now and flowers are suppose to start making their appearance and buds are going to be budding any moment. March in BC is like that. So what's up with all this SNOW!

We check out the weather report every couple of days, just curious, but when we see this fishing vessel come into the bay, a storm usually follows.

The hills in the distance have disappeared. There's a front moving in and fast.

“Yoohooo, Do you think maybe I could come in for a minute?”

Two hours later and another beautiful evening.

The snow we had throughout the day was nothing compared to what we woke up to the next morning.

Was it just last week I was saying that spring is just around the corner?

Been snowing like this for 8 hours now. Might have to send someone to dig us out.
