Bourbon Maple Cedar Planked Salmon

Ingredients:

1 cedar plank

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup Woodford Reserve Bourbon

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp corn starch

8 oz Salmon fillet

Steps:

  1. Soak the cedar plank for 3 hours.
  2. Mix soy sauce, Woodford Reserve Bourbon and maple syrup.
  3. Marinate the Salmon for 6 hours.
  4. Strain the marinade.
  5. Mix corn starch with water.
  6. Bring the marinade to boil, thicken with corn starch.
  7. Grill the Salmon for 10-12 minutes at 500˚.
