This August, The West Coast Fishing Club is pleased to welcome Restaurant 20 Victoria, one of Toronto’s most celebrated dining destinations, for an exclusive culinary residency at The Clubhouse. Known for its refined, ingredient-driven cuisine and understated elegance, 20 Victoria brings a quietly confident and deeply thoughtful approach to dining—one that aligns seamlessly with the wild beauty of Haida Gwaii.

Led by Chef Rafa Covarrubias, this special event will feature tasting menus inspired by the Pacific Northwest, pristine coastal ingredients, and the disciplined creativity that has earned 20 Victoria national and international acclaim.

What to Expect

Exclusive Multi-Course Dinners - Each evening will showcase a carefully composed tasting menu that reflects 20 Victoria’s minimalist philosophy, precise technique, and deep respect for seasonality—interpreted through the lens of Haida Gwaii’s exceptional seafood and local ingredients.
