5:30 AM - Gourmet breakfast served with fresh coffee. 

7:00 AM - Meet your guide and gear up. 

7:30 AM - 12:00 PM Morning fishing session.

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Lunch (either in the dining room or on the water). 

2:00 PM - 6PM Back on the water.

Each month offers a unique experience, with June to September being the recommended for the best Salmon fishing

What’s included in a WCFC lodge trip?

Airfare from Vancouver to the lodge, fishing gear, guiding, dining and host bar are all included in the trip. 

How do I get to the lodge? 

Guests fly into Vancouver, where they board a private charger flight that takes them to the fishing experience. 

Do I need fishing experience?

No! West Coast Fishing Club’s guided trips are designed for all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned anglers. 

What kind of fish will I catch in Haida Gwaii?

Haida Gwaii offers great opportunities to fish for several types of Salmon including Chinook, Coho, Pink, and Chum. Also Halibut and a variety of bottom fish. 

Do I need to bring my own gear?

No! Gear is included in West Coast Fishing Club’s all-inclusive experiences. 

Can I keep the fish I catch?

Absolutely! Staff will take care of cleaning, packaging, vacuum packing, and flash freezing of your fish for taking home. 

What is the weather like in Haida Gwaii?

Average temperatures during fishing season range from 50° to 70°F, with rainfall almost every day. 

Is there Wi-Fi or cell service at the lodge?

There is no cell service at either lodge, however Wi-Fi calling and texting options are available. 

Are kids allowed at the lodges?

Children are recommended to be 12 years and older but may depend on your situation. It’s best to contact a Client Services Representative.
